CORONAVIRUS PHOTOGRAPHY PROTOCOLS
In order to help provide a safer working environment, we have implemented the following photography protocols. Please review these photo session guidelines prior to your appointment.
Homes must be clean and photo-ready. Homes will be shot as-is.
Please turn on all lights. Open all doors, blinds and curtains.
We will not touch anything inside or outside of the home.
We will wear masks, gloves and booties at all times during the shoot.
One person (Agent or Owner) may be inside the home for the shoot.
They must always wear a mask while inside the home.
All other individuals will need to wait outside of the home.
The six-foot social distancing rule will be followed at all times.
Please communicate specific shot requests prior to your shoot.
All payment will be done by credit card with electronic invoices.
In addition to the above, if the agent or homeowners suspect they have Coronavirus symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has exhibited symptoms, they must disclose this information. We will be unable to facilitate photo sessions for persons believed to be infected. If we arrive at the property and the above protocols are not being followed, the shoot will be canceled and the client will be charged a $100 scrap shoot fee.
